There is no shortage of understanding what a great student experience looks like, however most higher education professionals are acutely aware that achieving it is not easy. While there is plenty of research on student experience – both student expectations and needs – there is little evidence on why good intentions and mounting investment often fail to deliver the step-change required.
For some time, we have been working and speaking with leaders in the sector to develop a deeper understanding of the various barriers to delivering the student experience they desire. To support this understanding, we are excited to launch the Nous Group Delivering Student Experience Study.
The survey will tap into the insights and experiences of student experience leaders at universities and post-secondary institutions in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. It will be complemented by interviews and research informed by Nous’ work with universities over two decades.
The resulting report will offer practical strategies for universities to turn intent and investment into a successful, responsive, and sustainable student experience.
The quantitative survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Deadline for completion is 14 October 2022.
