She has a research background in psychology and brings a strong people focus to all her work. She is a highly-organised project manager who brings strong critical thinking skills, complemented by her ability to effectively build collaborative relationships. She also brings lived experience in high-performance settings from her time as an elite athlete on the Australian Rowing Team.
Before joining Nous, Alice was an elite rower representing Australia at world championship level. She has an Honours degree and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, where she also held research assistance roles in field of positive psychology.
Alice has a passion for supporting athlete wellbeing, which has led her to complete a Certificate IV in Career Development alongside a cohort of athlete wellbeing practitioners and support personnel. Alice has extensive experience coordinating rowing programs and mentoring younger athletes, most recently at Radford College, Canberra; and the Australian Capital Territory Academy of Sport.
Alice is also a Certified Professional in Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM).
Alice enjoys trail running with her Border Collie, Freddie and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys remaining connected with the rowing community through various coaching and athlete representative roles.
