She has led cross-functional teams to design and test improvements to social and environmental programs and excels at establishing effective partnerships with both public and private sector organisations. She has worked in government, not-for-profit and think tank settings across a range of policy domains; including education, human services, environment, energy, health and housing.
Prior to joining Nous, Anna lived in the United States, where she was a Research Manager at a non-partisan think tank, the California Policy Lab. In this role she managed relationships with government agencies and project-managed teams to implement research that informed higher education, social policy and program decisions in California. Prior to this, she worked in the NSW Government’s Behavioural Insights Unit, collaborating with other teams to design and evaluate changes to programs across environment, energy, health, human services and tax. She also worked on policy and legislative reforms at the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage.
Anna holds a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Monash University.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys bushwalking, camping, and good food and wine. She sometimes paints and is always planning her next outdoor adventure.
