Annabelle is an Organisational Psychologist with expertise in learning, development, and leadership.
She has worked with organisations across various sectors in Australia, the UK, and Canada to improve performance and build capability. She draws on her academic background in psychology to design practical solutions that are evidence-based.

Influential work

  • Led the design and coordination of a leadership program for health executives, responding to a Capability Review calling for stronger executive leadership and reduced siloes
  • Led the design for three senior leadership programs at a UK research‑intensive university, drawing on best practice in leadership and learning, equipping senior leaders with the mindsets and skills to navigate a complex higher education landscape
  • Supported the delivery and continuous improvement of Nous’ adaptive leadership program with the Australian Department of Defence, including program design enhancements, internal communications to build engagement, and leadership assessment reports that strengthened individual and collective leadership awareness

Outside of Nous

Annabelle is an Organisational Psychologist with research expertise in employees’ attitudes to organisational change. During her studies, Annabelle worked in organisational development roles across consulting, higher education, and leadership development, including at Deloitte, RMIT University and Fisher Leadership. 

She is accredited in a range of psychological assessments, including Saville Wave, MLQ360, Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI, 360), MBTI, Mental Health First Aid, PCI Fundamentals and the Strong Interest Inventory. 

In her spare time...

Annabelle enjoys doing yoga, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
