Annabelle is a Senior Consultant and Registered Psychologist who helps clients solve complex problems using an collaborative, evidence-based approach.

She brings various experiences across the private and public sectors, contributing her expertise in operating model design and implementation, leadership development and change management.

Influential work

Worked with a large Victorian university to develop a new education strategy that required a substantial shift in the culture and ways-of-working
Supported implementation of a new operating model in a university faculty through developing change management materials to enable a smooth transition
Developed training guides and supporting materials for leaders to deliver to their teams to enable performance uplift locally and across the organisation.

Outside of Nous

Annabelle worked with various organisations prior to Nous, including Deloitte, RMIT University, Chandler Macleod, and Centre for Leadership Advantage. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University and is currently completing the registrar program to become an Organisational Psychologist.
