Annabelle is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about enhancing people’s experience at work.
She enjoys helping organisations to solve complex problems using her collaborative and evidence-based approach. Annabelle brings a variety of experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, working in areas including mental health and wellbeing, leadership development and recruitment.
Influential work
- Contributed to the development of policy documents and user guides to strengthen the organisations’ approach to psychosocial risk management
- Developed evidence-based training materials and assisted with the delivery of leadership development programs, enhancing the overall rigour and participant experience
- Assisted with the interpretation of psychological reports and interview data to assess candidate fit and development opportunities.
Outside of Nous
During her studies, Annabelle worked with a variety of organisations including Deloitte, RMIT University, Chandler Macleod, and Centre for Leadership Advantage. She contributed to the design and delivery of leadership development programs, recruitment and selection procedures and wellbeing initiatives. Annabelle also brings experience working in academia, teaching cognitive psychology to university students and contributing to research on employee attitudes towards organisational change.
Annabelle holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
In her spare time...
Annabelle enjoys spending time with friends, painting and doing yoga. She loves to travel and try new restaurants and cafes.
