Annie has recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Global Studies at Monash University.
A process-driven thinker, she focuses on understanding desired business outcomes and redesigns work practices to deliver them efficiently. She is passionate about delivering outcomes that are socially, environmentally and economically sustainable.
- Redesigned the scheduling process for an electrical trades team, including developing technical job sheets and standardising features of allocation through regular and consistent engagement with service delivery electricians.
Outside of Nous
Annie has led and participated in many leadership initiatives, including volunteering as youth leader to residential women and leadership camps that she had previously attended as a participant. Most recently she volunteered as a youth leader at a weekend camp designed for young refugees and migrants new to Australia. She was also instrumental in developing and rolling out an anti-bullying program focusing on delivering safe, inclusive and accessible environments for all secondary school students.
Annie holds a Bachelor of Global Studies (international studies) and a Bachelor of Commerce (sustainability) from Monash University.
In her spare time...
Annie enjoys watching Richmond Football Club play at the Melbourne Cricket Ground with friends, exploring the Melbourne restaurant scene and coming home to a good book.
