Influential work

  • Supported a large not-for-profit organisation to create a change ready culture. Annie provided recommendations to equip the organisation to support organisational growth, implement best practice, manage risk, and provide learning and development activities for staff.
  • Reviewed the Department of Families Fairness and Housing complaints and feedback model against a leading practice benchmark framework. Annie facilitated regular stakeholder consultations and working groups in order to gather insights to drive process improvement.
  • Reviewed risk profile of a large healthcare to better align with their strategic direction. Produced a report for hospital executives that provided recommendations on how to achieve their strategic objectives, reflecting their risk appetite.
  • Worked closely with council officers to discover, define, design, and deliver efficient and practical solutions to improve the business permit application and approvals process across Victoria.

Outside of Nous

Annie has led and participated in many leadership initiatives, including volunteering as youth leader to residential women and leadership camps. She regularly volunteers as a youth leader at a weekend camp designed for young refugees and migrants new to Australia.

Annie holds a Bachelor of Global Studies (international studies) and a Bachelor of Commerce (sustainability) from Monash University.

In her spare time...

Annie enjoys watching her beloved Richmond Tigers play at the MCG with friends, exploring the Melbourne restaurant scene and coming home to a good book.
