Facilitated discussion between Australia’s largest technology employers to develop a digital workforce action plan to grow NSW’s technology workforce by 85,000
Developed a business case for a large state government agency to make a $10 million technology investment
Supported an Australian insurance company to conduct its annual strategy refresh with its executive and board
Developed a new operating model for a large federal health and aged care regulator
Supported Go8 and regional universities establish offshore education operations.

Outside of Nous

Ashwin was previously at me&u, supporting its launch in the UK and US and a Series C capital raise. He has also been engaged in his local community through his church, where he supports their community pantry and their grant applications.

Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales.
