Caitlin Donaghue-Evans headshot
Caitlin is a manager specialising in strategy and evaluation.
At Nous, she has worked across the health sector, as well as broadly across the Australian Government, to deliver organisational design and strategy projects, as well as large-scale evaluations. Caitlin brings a strong background in detail-oriented research, evaluation and stakeholder engagement from previous studies and projects.

Influential work

  • Delivered multiple national program and grants evaluations for the Department of Health and Aged Care and Department of Social Services, including managing large scale consultation processes with government, service users and providers in the health and community sectors.  
  • Project managed delivery of a new strategy and operating model for a major disability not for profit to help them become a centre of excellence  
  • Project-managed delivery of an outcomes framework and monitoring and evaluation plan for the flagship program of an Australian not-for-profit  
  • Managed development of a policy options paper for a pricing approach for allied health care. 
  • Project-managed work for a GO8 Australian university to redesign its clinical and social services to improve its operating model; increase collaboration between services; and improve access, inclusion and quality for students 
  • Led the change management implementation stream in an organisational change management project supporting a large-scale IT implementation for the Australian Defence Force  
  • Delivered a large-scale impact evaluation of an infrastructure grants program for an Australian Government department 

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Caitlin worked to design and start up festival waste NFP Good Intentions, which won the Big Ideas national social enterprise competition. She has also previously interned for Nous.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts (politics and international studies) from the University of Melbourne.

In her spare time...

Caitlin enjoys beach walks, brunch with friends, rowing and fanatically supporting the Tigers AFL team.
