She is a specialist in complaints and case management as well as voice of the customer programs. Her passion for improved customer-focused outcomes drives her to seek tangible service delivery solutions.
Prior to joining Nous, Cara has worked as an administration project officer in the Hotel Quarantine Unit as part of the COVID-19 response at the Victorian Government Department of Health. She also spent several years at a capital city local government primarily as an executive assistant and customer experience specialist in customer relations and has worked in the same organisation’s events team, engineering branch and the Lord Mayor's office.
Cara has also led a Sunshine Coast Council customer service centre managing a small contact centre. She has also worked in the airline, hotel and ski industries in New Zealand and Canada.
Cara loves to travel and lived in Morocco for six months from December 2020 and again in 2022. She is passionate about taking colourful photos, cooking and cycling.
