Charlotte has several years’ experience working in client-facing roles and supporting high-level executives.
She spent time as an account manager, working to develop strategies and respond to client briefs in the biotechnology industry. She also has more than two years of experience as a project coordinator, working on large-scale design and architectural projects. Charlotte is passionate about working on projects that implement positive change with teams of like-minded individuals and committed to delivering a seamless client experience.

Influential work

  • Implemented process optimisation initiatives to streamline the tender return process for a design and build agency, contributing to the organisation winning several high-profile projects

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Charlotte spent time as a project coordinator, supporting a team of 20 across more than 10 projects at varying stages. She was responsible for planning and drafting proposals and coordinating external stakeholders. Most recently, she gained exposure to executive support, bid writing, marketing and communications at a leading architectural practice, where she contributed to business development and events planning.

Charlotte holds a degree in English Literature from Queen Mary, University of London; where she worked part-time in the Widening Participation Department to improve outreach programmes for people aged between six and eighteen.

In her spare time...

Charlotte loves to travel and experience different cultures and cuisines. She trained in several dance disciplines and loves to take classes in her spare time, she is also learning French and the piano.
