Dylan Houghton

• Developed and led an eight-month student placements review at a large Australian university
• Managed a staff onboarding digital transformation, improving staff experience, delivering efficiency gains and mitigating regulatory risks
• Led data analysis project at a large Australian university, resulting in an automated process to prevent staff underpayments and mitigate risks of reputational damage and regulatory action.

Dylan started his professional career in corporate law where he advised superannuation funds and large corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Nous, Dylan worked as a management consultant at a digital transformation consultancy.

Dylan holds a Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from Harvard Business School, a Graduate Certificate in Competitive Systems and Practices from Vative, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Economics from University of Queensland.

Dylan is passionate about building strong, diverse communities and volunteers for LGBTQIA+ organisations. He has played mixed and men’s netball for more than 10 years and is an avid long distance runner.
