She brings more than five years of experience in the health sector to confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including government, commercial leaders and not-for-profit organisations. She has broad expertise in strategy, operations and analytics.
- Ensured uninterrupted supply of life-saving medicines in Australia during the COVID-19 pandemic through effective collaboration with government, the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood and global manufacturing sites
- Improved decision-making in commercial leadership teams by designing and implementing dashboards using Tableau that allowed leaders to have timely access to data
- Identified disparities in healthcare management in New Zealand and devised a comprehensive plan to close the gap, enabling improved patient access to essential medicines
- Managed financial forecasts for an ASX-listed organisation, using complex modelling and internal stakeholder management to accurately forecast a $400 million portfolio of brands.
Outside of Nous
Emily previously worked in global biotechnology company CSL, where she gathered experience across multiple commercial divisions, including Finance and Operations, Medical Affairs and Marketing. Here she developed a strong passion for the healthcare sector, while developing expertise in stakeholder engagement and advocacy, financial modelling, strategic planning and data analytics.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Science) from Monash University.

Emily enjoys travelling, cooking for friends and family, and cheering on the Richmond Football Club at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
