Influential work

  • Led report-writing on a leadership assessment and development for high-potential executives, with a focus on cultural competency, integrating results from psychometric tests, work simulations and interviews to develop a detailed strengths-based leadership development report
  • Conducted a gap analysis into gendered responses in the justice sector, triangulating qualitative and quantitative datasets with desktop analysis of best practices and stakeholder consultation. Findings were analysed and consolidated to provide evidence-based, user-informed recommendations to build and strengthen related services
  • Developed an evidenced, best-practice training and change management framework. This included conducting qualitative analysis of employee responses to inform a training needs analysis to reflect the voices of people across the sector interacting with the training and change management framework
  • Conducted psychological research projects as the primary researcher, with an expert ability to synthesise academic and anecdotal evidence. Projects involved ethical applications, survey development, and advanced statistical analysis
  • As a disability and mental health case manager, managed multiple clients, maintaining strong client relationships through goal-oriented psychoeducational activities.
