She has worked on large-scale transformations in both the public and not-for-profit sectors, particularly in vision development, organisation redesign, cultural change and change management.
Prior to Nous, Grace volunteered as a research assistant at the University of Sydney’s Social Psychology Laboratory, where she collaborated with academics on their individual research projects. She also worked in a specialist clinic for cognitive assessment and treatment, providing support for clinical psychologists; and in the St Vincent de Paul Society Assisting Refugee Kids program, providing educational and social support for refugee children’s early development.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney.
Grace is passionate about making a difference in society and gaining new experiences. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, musical theatre and travelling to explore new cities.
