Grace Luo

• Co-project managed a leadership development centre program run through the NSW Public Service Commission for director and executive director levels
• Conducted a detailed organisational review and implementation plan for a large-scale transformation for the Australian Department of Defence to improve staff performance in the delivery of contracts on army, air force and navy bases
• Developed an organisation design and implementation plan for a 2,500-person utility organisation
• Evaluated a national workforce grants program for a large Australian Government department, using various methods to determine whether the programs were achieving their intended policy objectives and meeting community needs
• Developed a national vision statement and strategy for one of Australia’s largest non-profit organisations undergoing large scale transformation.

Prior to Nous, Grace volunteered as a research assistant at the University of Sydney’s Social Psychology Laboratory, where she collaborated with academics on their individual research projects. She also worked in a specialist clinic for cognitive assessment and treatment, providing support for clinical psychologists; and in the St Vincent de Paul Society Assisting Refugee Kids program, providing educational and social support for refugee children’s early development.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney.

Grace is passionate about making a difference in society and gaining new experiences. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, musical theatre and travelling to explore new cities.
