Hailey is a personable and professional administrator with over 15 years’ experience in various administrative positions – such as reception, office management, administrative coordination and C-suite support roles, events, marketing and logistics.

She has extensive experience in supporting high functioning executive and project teams and a passion for working on projects within the Human Services and the Health & Ageing sectors.

  • Supported a leadership team of seven and a broader team of 150 in Microsoft’s commercial partner business
  • Was an executive assistant for the Chief Executive and Chief Information Officer at SAS Trustee, also known as State Super
  • Served as the national coordinator for community volunteering at Mission Australia, with involvement in events, marketing, and recruitment.

Outside of Nous

Outside of work Hailey enjoys spending time winding down with her fur children and family, and taking advantage of the beautiful beaches, foreshore walks around Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. 

In her spare time...

Hailey has recently renewed her love for Pilates and boxing after some time away from the gym.
