Before joining Nous, Harris was a mechanical engineer in the Projects team at Optimal Group, where he developed renewable energy solutions using microturbines. He focused on reducing Australia's greenhouse gases by integrating renewable energy into innovative turbine systems. Harris also managed stakeholder engagements, guiding clients in realising their energy needs with customised solutions.
