  • Engaged with university stakeholders to form a strategic plan that invited people to live, work and socialise on-campus for a major university, including creating decision-making criteria to prioritise and sequence campus initiatives involving infrastructure, research, student experience and more.
  • Worked with a university’s leaders to outline the vision and operating model for a new research institute in Northern Tasmania, enabling the university to access millions of dollars in grant funding.
  • Analysed the current state of diversity and inclusion for a local health peak body, then identified opportunities to expand access to health services and programs.
