India brings comprehensive experience in human-centred design.

Her design experience, coupled with a background in marketing, enables her to deliver creative and innovative solutions to design challenges. India is passionate about creating meaningful change, particularly in health and justice.

Influential work

Identified guidance to support leaders to create psychologically safe team environments that encouraged productivity, collaboration and learning
Led a cross-functional project team to understand the impact of a pilot ‘return to life’ support program for workers with complex claims
Led a collaborative research project to uncover the lived experience of workers with complex claims, with a focus on persistent pain, family breakdown and mental injury
Developed an online content learning program to build foundational understanding of how to use a technical software product in a guided, easy-to-use format.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, India worked in various organisations, including a purpose-led design agency, a Victorian Government organisation and an innovative technology start-up.

India has also pursued academic studies while building her professional experience. She holds a Master of Design Futures from RMIT, a Master of Marketing from Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from the University of Melbourne.

In her spare time...

As well as spending time with family and friends, India plays netball and tennis and is learning Japanese. In her downtime, she enjoys relaxing with a good book.
