With her background in organisational psychology, Ingrid brings a strong people focus to any organisational issue.
Her career has spanned both consulting and management roles across Australia, Europe and Canada. She has a decade of experience in talent, leadership and organisational development and has worked with organisations in financial services, health, and education sectors, as well as not-for-profit and government organisations. Her passion is developing people and organisations and helping them realise their full potential.

Influential work

  • Designed and supported the implementation of an organisational restructure for a financial regulator
  • Developed a comprehensive three-year people strategy and corresponding implementation plan for a federal aged care agency
  • Led a refresh of organisational values and the culture strategy for a regional bank
  • Created a contemporary performance and development framework, including a suite of tools, for a large not-for-profit
  • Supported the HR transformation and improved service delivery of a federal aged care agency through process and policy redesign across the employee lifecycle
  • Designed numerous leadership development programs for private, public, and social sector clients to enhance leaders' capabilities to lead themselves, others, and their organisations

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Ingrid worked in a Germany-headquartered international management consultancy where she managed client projects, and developed and facilitated workshops, summits and initiatives in leadership, team and organisational development. Prior to that she held an internal training and development management role in an not-for-profit organisation. 

Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Psychology from University of Ljubljana and a double degree in Master of Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology from the University of Valencia and University of Coimbra.   

In her spare time...

Ingrid takes every opportunity to travel the world and gain new cultural experiences. She enjoys landscape photography, spending time with her loved ones, playing beach volleyball, and listening to podcasts.
