With her background in organisational psychology, Ingrid brings a strong people focus to any organisational issue.

Her career has spanned both consulting and management roles across Europe and Canada. She has several years of experience in leadership and organisational development and has worked with multiple organisations in health, education and financial sectors, as well as not-for-profit (NFP) and government organisations. Her passion is developing people and organisations and helping them realise their full potential.

Influential work

  • Reviewed a New South Wales (NSW) VET provider’s organisation-wide leadership development mechanism so it could better enable the organisational strategy’s delivery
  • Developed a capability framework for staff, leaders and volunteers of a large NSW not-for-profit organisation to strengthen core capabilities to deliver on a new strategy
  • Designed a framework to identify the optimal model of corporate service provision in an NSW health emergency service organisation and supported the identification of a preferred services model
  • Led development of a bespoke performance and development framework and supporting tools to uplift the performance management capability and accelerate the delivery on the strategy of a large NSW NFP
  • Developed a state-of-the-art organisational capability framework and associated maturity model for the NSW public sector.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Ingrid worked in a Germany-headquartered international management consultancy where she managed client projects and developed and facilitated workshops, summits and initiatives in leadership, team and organisational development. Prior to that she held an internal training and development management role in an NFP.

Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Psychology from University of Ljubljana and a double degree in Master of Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology from the University of Valencia and University of Coimbra.

In her spare time...

Ingrid takes every opportunity to travel the world and gain new cultural experiences. Every day she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exercising and listening to podcasts.
