She has demonstrated the highest commitment to the mission of the organisations she has worked for. She brings fresh eyes, readiness to change and adapt and experience working with stakeholders in different fields and communities.
Prior to joining Nous, Irina was part of multiple personal financial planning practices. She was responsible for the day-to-day operations, as well development of processes and training outlines for new and seasoned consultants.
Irina holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (financial planning) from Seneca College and a Business Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies.
Irina enjoys banking and board games. She loves the seaside and spending camping time on the coast when visiting her family in Russia.
