Jess holds a Bachelor of Commerce (business analytics) and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University. During her studies she volunteered for many not-for-profit organisations with an interest in creating positive social impact. She was a business development team leader for AIESEC, upskilling students with practical leadership experiences; and a careers officer for the Australia-China Youth Association, where she helped develop bilateral partnerships and work opportunities for youths within multi-cultural communities. Jess was also a director of publications for Monash Future Thinkers, where she produced podcasts with guests of interdisciplinary backgrounds.
Jess enjoys reading, painting, strength training at the gym and visiting art galleries.
