Jordan leads Nous’ Operating Model work and prior to joining Nous, he served as a senior advisor to the Premier of Ontario.

Led a multi-year operating model transformation at a U15 university, enhancing user satisfaction and delivering measurable financial efficiencies.
Advised a major private equity firm on policy, regulatory, and political risks related to the acquisition of Canadian assets.
Designed and implemented a Finance Shared Services Centre for one of Canada’s leading universities.
Conducted user research for a government ministry to inform the development of a digital improvement roadmap.

Outside of Nous
Prior to Nous, Jordan spent five years working as a political advisor to the Premier of Ontario and Minister of Children and Youth Services. He also worked at a Technology Incubator, during which he helped venture stage companies secure financing, acquire customers and conduct market research. He continues to volunteer his time to help promising start-ups.

Jordan enjoys skiing, golfing and is an avid Toronto sports fan. He also loves to cook, watch movies and has played in the World Series of Poker.
