With a master’s in public policy and economics from the University of Toronto, she focuses on strategy, implementation, and process redesign in higher education and health consulting. Before joining Nous, Karina worked with Global Affairs Canada (GAC) in the Southeast Asia and Oceania division as an analyst. Prior to joining that division, Karina was stationed in Madrid during her time with the Trade Commissioner Service. She also has experience working for the government of Costa Rica.
