Through brokering quantitative and qualitative data analysis, he helps organisations and policymakers make impactful, data-driven decisions. Kazimier is drawn to the colourful and complex, knowing these contain the experiences needed to help influence positive transformation. He was recognised in Out for Australia's 30 Under 30 Awards in 2020, which recognise and celebrate the extraordinary contributions of young LGTBQIA+ people nationwide.
Prior to joining Nous, Kazimier was an Associate in PwC's Data Assurance team, building data capabilities in wage remediation; environmental, social and governance (ESG); and diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. He also interned for the Australian Institute of International Affairs and volunteered with the Canberra Relief Network, which assisted over 700 families in Canberra impacted financially and experiencing food insecurity due to COVID-19.
While at university, he synthesised new research on the geopolitics of commercial aviation in Asia, has led teams in organising international-level academic conferences. He was also the inaugural President of the ANU Society for the United Nations.
Kazimier enjoys making dumplings with his family, admiring cantilevered buildings and whale-watching. He is a keen traveller and is always looking out for the best way to earn frequent flyer miles.
