Kelsey draws on her law and commerce degrees to support clients to meet big challenges.
She has experience working in creative and consulting roles in technology, communications and employer branding, with a particular eye to internal alignment and external employer brand strategy.
- Developed an employer branding strategy for an international client in the heavy industry and agricultural machinery space to improve attractiveness to gender-diverse candidates
- Led the parameter development and training of an artificial intelligence writing product using ethically sourced data
- Developed a content strategy to foster alignment and awareness across the Indian and ASEAN branches of a medical technology company regarding its eco-design and ESG (environmental, social, governance) programs
- Conceptualised and implemented a promotion and hiring campaign for a prominent Australian telecommunications company’s partnership with the CareerTrackers program for First Nations people.
Outside of Nous
Kelsey has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, and coordinating and executing employer branding strategy. She has also been involved in the creation of new technological tools and processes with AI and virtual reality in both the content writing and creative arts space.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (marketing) from the University of New South Wales.

Outside of work Kelsey enjoys studying new languages and reading fantasy novels.
