Lauren has seven years of experience in marketing and administration, and 10 years in customer service.

She also spent four years as an executive assistant in a boutique real estate office. Lauren offers keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills to manage multiple, concurrent tasks in a timely manner. She provides exceptional service in fast-paced environments and builds long-lasting working relationships. Lauren is always looking for ways to streamline procedures and be as efficient as possible.

Influential work

  • Assisted in integration and training for a new CRM (customer relationship management) system
  • Implemented an electronic signing program to increase revenue during COVID lockdown
  • Developed new systems and structures for an administration and sales department
  • Researched, integrated and managed the launch of LCD screen displays to increase engagement and sales
  • Trained new staff in sales administration, reception and marketing.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Lauren worked in real estate in administration, rentals and sales marketing. She gained an agent’s representative certification, allowing her to further her knowledge in real estate. In real estate, Lauren was closely involved with coordinating and implementing office procedures such as liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors and creating and designing property sales listings. Specialising in off-the-plan purchases, she finalised contracts, updated inclusions lists and prepared full marketing plans for premier developments.

In her spare time...

Lauren enjoys any physical activity, including Crossfit, swimming and netball. Her favourite pastimes include outdoor adventures with her goofy golden retriever. Lauren is a big foodie and loves to travel anywhere warm and tropical.
