  • Led the business analysis function for a large digital transformation of internal services of a major Australian accounting firm, delivering operational and customer experience improvements as well as significant cost savings and productivity improvements
  • Played a key role in a large ServiceNow implementation, delivering a one-stop shop to a company’s 8000-strong workforce and onboarding 50 teams to the platform
  • Assisted leaders of a Victorian not-for-profit organisation that builds sustainable and resilient food systems for low-income communities to align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals
  • Reviewed and optimised the processes and systems for the international relations department of an Australian university
  • Played a key role in transforming the procurement function of a Melbourne rail network operator, enabling the operator to become the first Australian organisation to win the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) Procurement Excellence Advanced Gold Award, recognising effective and ethical supply chain management.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Lena worked as a senior business analyst at Optus, building a best-in-class digital product designed to deliver new and unique experiences that result in lasting relationships with a wide range of customer profiles. She was previously a manager in digital technology services at PwC Australia, delivering complex digital transformation programs. Lena has been a member of the University of Melbourne STEM Mentorship program since 2020.

In her spare time...

Lena is a passionate Formula 1 fan and enjoys watching F1 Grand Prix around the world. She is also a yoga practitioner, and recently embarked on a standup paddleboarding journey, exploring Sydney by water.
