Influential work

  • Helped to assess the level of risk exposure that a large automobile manufacturer’s supply chain had to global events by analysing its multi-tier supply network and developing actions to respond
  • Developed a refreshed project management office (PMO) framework as part of a wider transformation program for a large international marketing agency, including creating key templates and documentation
  • Recommended strategies and best practices to help rejuvenate Berlin’s retail sector in a post-COVID-19 environment as part of the University of Melbourne’s Global Management Consulting program, which partnered with a Berlin economic development agency
  • Supported business development efforts at the Melbourne Microfinance Initiative (MMI) by scoping and overseeing the delivery of six social impact projects for MFIs, NFPs and a government agency across the Asia-Pacific.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Leonard was an intern in the Transformation & Operations team and the Supply Chain Operations team at Deloitte and EY respectively. In these roles, he assisted a large automobile manufacturer to gain visibility over its multi-tier supplier network and supported the development of a refreshed PMO framework for an international marketing agency.

Leonard holds a Bachelor of Commerce (economics and finance) and a Diploma in Computing from University of Melbourne. During his time there, Leonard was involved in various club and university activities including his role as Co-Vice President of Initiatives at MMI.

In his spare time...

Leonard enjoys listening to a wide array of musical genres as well as playing the cello. He also loves to travel, play volleyball with friends, and explore new food.
