Linh is a consultant who has worked with several organisations and government departments to help them deliver on their strategic goals.
She is analytical and adaptable and has experience across a range of sectors, including health and ageing, human services and telecommunications. Her background in biomedical science and finance provides her with a strong foundation in research and data analysis while allowing her to bring creative insight to her work.

Influential work

  • Developed workshop materials and analysis to support a federal government department on an industry-funded financial counselling model
  • Worked on an entity review examining the functional roles of government and appropriate entity arrangements, involving qualitative survey analysis and extensive quantitative analysis to draw insights and develop recommendations
  • Worked with a state government department to improve council processes using a human-centred design co-design approach to stakeholder engagement
  • Developed a strategic plan and work plan for a new financial assistance scheme for a state government department
  • Developed a growth strategy, financial model and implementation roadmap for a not-for-profit organisation.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Linh worked for Telstra as a Sales Consultant for four years. She has volunteered for the Stroke Foundation and supported the Public Affairs and Advocacy team to develop online community and social media content, particularly relating to the living guidelines for clinical management of strokes. She has also interned at a financial planning firm and supported financial planners and the Client Services team.

Linh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Biomedical Science (finance) from Monash University.
