  • Built and shared a strategic plan for effective vaccine distribution in the Halton Region, leading a team in formulating an effective dual-vaccine clinic model to ensure citizens’ safety and avoid bottlenecks, resulting in a 12% capacity increase and ultimately causing more than 90% of residents to become fully vaccinated
  • Collaborated with Ivey Business School’s strategy teaching faculty to formalize a rubric and expectations for the HBA1 strategy course, allowing for consistent and objective evaluation and providing actionable feedback for improvement
  • As a research assistant for the Power and Politics course, investigated stakeholders’ strategic responses to the Operation Varsity Blue college admission scandal to understand the varying reputation management approaches of different universities and their outcomes.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Madison worked as the Community Manager at the Upside Foundation, where she navigated the organization through a period of uncertainty following the Executive Director’s resignation. To address a three-year decline in member registration, she led the redesign of the external engagement strategy to increase the number of members. Through analysis, she identified the value of sharing the stories of current members and their partner charities. Madison also spearheaded a blog series – accompanied by partnering media assets – which she presented to the charity board. These efforts resulted in Upside’s most successful new member registration in the last three years.

Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in business administration) from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) from Western University.

In her spare time...

Madison enjoys trying new foods and travelling. She completed a semester in the UK, where she visited more than 30 cities.
