Influential work

  • Redesigned the operating model for a statutory authority in the child and family sector to deliver better outcomes for children in that state
  • Developed a strategic positioning plan for a not-for-profit organisation in the human services sector to unlock underutilised assets for greater social impact
  • Reviewed the regulatory culture at a large federal government department with recommendations to embed best practice principles informed by extensive stakeholder engagement with staff, co-regulators and industry representatives
  • Analysed policy options and conducted a cost-benefit analysis for the Australian Government to promote the uptake of electric vehicles, achieving First Class Honours at the University of Queensland, supervised by Blueprint Institute.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Muskaan supported the commercial team at Boeing Defence Australia. This role included leading the pricing and submission of multi-million-dollar dual-currency proposals, being responsible for workforce planning for a project valued over $1 billion, and analysing cost and schedule variances for earned value management.

Muskaan holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland.

In her spare time...

Muskaan enjoys hiking, relaxing by the beach, exploring new cafes and restaurants, attempting lino printing and decorating her cake-baking attempts.
