Ideated and implemented strategic solutions for the successful merger of two financial institutions, ensuring compliance and smooth transition of the organisational restructure
Conducted comprehensive due diligence for an ASX-listed company by identifying and mitigating tax risks whilst uncovering valuable opportunities
Conducted automation testing, including the implementation and development of test plans and processes that fuelled significant cost savings for the software provider.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Nathan worked at KPMG in the Deals, Tax and Legal Division, focusing on tax strategy and delivering solutions to a range of ASX-listed and unlisted clients. Prior to that, he worked in business services and dealt with tax for individuals, companies, trusts and self-managed super funds.

Nathan has worked with some of Australia’s largest organisations and has a specialised interest in energy and resources, financial services and government. He is particularly passionate about the evolving role of technology in everyday life, the environment and sustainability, and the profound impact of equality and diversity in all organisations.

In his spare time...

Nathan enjoys trying out restaurants and cafes, which led to the creation of his ‘foodstagram’. He also loves spending time at the beach and travelling.
