An expert in customer-led strategy and service design, he has a background providing strategic advice to support clients to solve complex problems. He has worked on projects with public and private sector clients in a diverse array of industries, always with a keen focus on delivering the best outcomes to clients and to their customers.
- Delivered a growth and diversity strategy for a ‘Group of Eight’ university, including researching international source markets; enabling the implementation of effective marketing and recruitment methods to drive student growth
- Developed a model for new service design for a major insurance and home services company, providing a customer-validated service design ready to be rolled out in the market
- Designed the national operating model of a leading vocational education provider to reflect the client’s ambition of delivering high quality training Australia-wide
- Conducted an evaluation of a significant aged-care policy implementation that focused on delivering patient-centred care and enabled the optimisation of the policy’s continuing implementation.
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Nick was a consultant specialising in qualitative and quantitative market research to provide customer-led insight and strategic advice. He also worked as a senior analyst at a boutique media intelligence agency.
Nick has a Master of Public Policy and Management and Bachelors of Law and of Arts (media and communications) from The University of Melbourne.

Outside of work Nick enjoys riding his bikes, closely following American politics and going on road trips with his many dogs.
