Prior to joining Nous Paul consulted to large private and not-for-profit organisations across Australia, Asia and North America. His influential work included managing the research transition program to take frozen blood from the lab to the field to support deployed forces undertaking humanitarian missions, and managing the accreditation process for Australia’s first Non-Invasive Prenatal Analysis (NIPA) for blood group genotyping to determine the RhD status of the fetus.
Paul holds a Master of Economics from Australian National University and a Bachelor of Management and International Business from University of New South Wales.
Paul relocated from Canberra to Toronto with his partner and dog in 2020. Their time has been filled with ice skating failures, trial runs in the snow and exploring the Great North.
