Ravneet Kaur

• Working with a leading Toronto-based research and teaching hospital, engaged in a five-year strategic project to promote aging-at-home through developing digital products and services using an iterative and co-design approach
• Performed a market research study for a tech start-up, involving assessing different artificial intelligence (AI) recruitment technologies, conducting conjoint analysis to determine the value of different attributes of AI technologies, and deploying surveys to identify barriers and drivers to adoption and current adoption levels
• Worked with a leading chemicals company in Germany to support the commercialization of a new animal feed product designed to replace antibiotic growth promoters in animal agriculture
• Supported a local start-up in the development of a business plan for a new health food lab.

Ravneet holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science (Honours in biology), both from the University of Toronto. She started her career in the sciences, engaging in scientific research and gaining clinical exposure. Seeking to explore new interests, she fostered diverse experiences across different domains; including medical analytics, technology, healthcare and animal feed.

Ravneet enjoys good food with good company and strolling through the city in the summer.
