Robert Carreon

• Took a not-for-profit organisation through a design thinking process to develop its digital engagement strategy, resulting in a more timely and sustainable way to engage with disadvantaged students
• Led discussions with overseas vendors to understand emerging technologies that informed the development of strategic business case options
• Led the user testing of a digital intelligence management solution for a law enforcement agency, which identified user experience enhancements and informed system development
• Developed the pilot evaluation framework for a state-wide technology rollout program that highlighted required changes to device usage policy and distribution improvements
• Documented current and future state processes through engagement with more than 50 stakeholders, which informed the design of a multi-million-dollar decision support system.

Before joining Nous, Robert worked as a technology consultant at a large professional services firm, where he developed his digital transformation expertise and appreciation for human-centred design. Prior to this, Robert spent a year working in South Korea to provide English language learning access to rural elementary school students.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne. He mentors through the university’s Access Connections program and the Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN).

Robert enjoys exploring Melbourne and other cities on foot, playing futsal, and is a regular blood donor.
