Influential work
- Designed a new service delivery model and organisation structure for the Department of Environment and Primary Industries Regional Service Delivery Transformation, with accompanying change management activities. Subsequently re-engaged to identify opportunities to optimise regional service delivery, given machinery of government changes
- Drove cultural change at a Queensland Government agency through identification of current and future culture, creation of new organisational values and a detailed roadmap for change. Employees were involved in shaping the new culture to help them understand how the culture was defined, and why
- Developed a system-wide talent management framework to guide the early identification and development of talent within the education sector
- Reviewed a major service delivery division of a large federal government department to identify the optimal operating model and resulting cultural and broader change implications.
Outside of Nous
Sally spent seven years with a global HR consulting firm, where she focused on talent management and workforce strategy, having built a solid understanding of job design and analysis and remuneration structures. She spent the previous seven years with TMP, a global HR/recruitment consultancy, in a variety of roles.
After completing her Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Melbourne, Sally commenced her career working for a conference management organisation and then leading a small team within the direct marketing function of a publishing company.
During her career Sally spent time living and working in New York while raising a young family.
In her spare time...
Sally loves to travel, ski and eat: her dream holiday is to ski in the Dolomites. She is a recent Pilates convert and it has become her latest passion.
