Saskia has a background in commerce and business strategy.
She is passionate about the education sector, and aspires to deliver positive change for future generations through her work. She has expertise in higher education and the public sector, built on experience with strategy projects for educational institutions and government bodies across Australia.

Influential work

  • Developed a product strategy for a leading university pathways provider, including conducting product-level data analysis and competitive research to understand global trends in tertiary education pathways and helping shape the pathways provider’s future product suite
  • Prepared an international student strategy for a Group of Eight (Go8) university, including analysing historical trends and future student demand to inform the university’s international student recruitment decisions, and consulting with faculty partners and regional managers from key international markets
  • Undertook industry consultations on skills shortages for a NSW government client, including planning focus groups with industry stakeholders to assess future skills needs for key shortages across NSW
  • Drove research and analysis to understand levers to improve customer experience across metropolitan and regional NSW for a government client, synthesising qualitative research findings from focus groups, interviews and a customer survey
  • Developed a transnational education (TNE) strategy for a Go8 pathways provider, including researching global trends across priority TNE markets to identify emerging opportunities.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Saskia interned in consulting, advertising and social media marketing. She was previously an active member of several student community groups, and has won innovation hackathons locally and internationally.
