Selda has more than 20 years of experience working in consulting for government agencies, achieving strategic policy outcomes through the design, implementation and assurance of complex, technology-enabled reform programs.

She also has experience working in health and human services, social policy and regulatory agencies to embrace digital transformation, improve service delivery outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. She is an experienced operations manager and executive assistant with excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail and strong time management.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Selda worked in multiple professional services firms for more than 20 years. She gained extensive experience in account coordination, panel administration and human resources.

Selda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Australian National University.

In her spare time...

Selda loves to travel and experience new cultures with her energetic three-year-old daughter and husband. She enjoys outdoor activities and trying new recipes.
