Sharon is a skilled and enterprising executive assistant with more than 15 years’ experience that spans across the education, consulting, logistics and construction sectors.
In all her roles, she has been a trusted support and integral working partner to top executives, maximising their effectiveness to meet the organisation’s strategic objectives. Sharon is outcomes-driven and works at a consistently high standard. She is self-directed and thrives collaborating in teams. Sharon is agile and tune in to clients’ needs.

Influential work

  • Led and produced digitised information packs of more than 70 courses to comply with regulatory requirement for remote enrolment in a short turnaround time during COVID-19 lockdown
  • Co-wrote a winning submission for the 2021 Victorian Multicultural Awards for Excellence
  • Devised and coordinated the Suzhou Vocational Health College educators’ exchange and immersion program with Victoria University Nursing Department
  • Coordinated an inaugural Construction Industry Showcase that attracted more than 300 attendees from leading and emerging construction companies to discuss how to evolve, grow and prosper in a changing landscape
  • Revitalised the Chair Leadership Program with self-efficacy and commitment to continuous improvement, resulting in an 125% increase in applications, which led to program profitability over three years.

Outside of Nous

Sharon has tenured as executive assistant and in coordinator roles with Victoria University, Kearney, FedEx and Weidelplan Consulting Gmbh. Most recently at Victoria University, she received the Professional Staff Recognition Award successively in 2020 and 2021. Sharon has also volunteered facilitating playgroups to help young families engage with their local community.

Sharon holds a Diploma of Business Administration and has completed the Future Leaders of the West program initiated by the Committee for Wyndham.

In her spare time...

Sharon enjoys travelling and interior decorating. She is a budding plant enthusiast and has been finding delight in backyard potting and re-potting and watching her plants and fruit trees grow.
