He graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering and finance from the University of NSW (UNSW), where he was an executive for the biggest student constituent society on campus. He has international experience, studied in the UK and worked in Thailand. His technical mindset, broad business acumen and interpersonal skills have allowed him to deliver results consistently for various stakeholders.
Prior to joining Nous, Sid worked in management consulting, start-ups, supply chain and logistics. He has experience working in operations for a large multinational e-commerce corporation, has worked within the social impact, financial services and consumer goods industries, and undertook a sustainability work engagement in Thailand.
During his degree Sid undertook short-term study at the University of Oxford. He represented UNSW in two international competitions held in Norway and New Zealand, was the Vice president of the UNSW Engineering Society and volunteered in Vietnam. He is also an accredited football coach and is currently the head coach for a super league team at his local club.
Sid enjoys being outdoors and loves hiking, long-distance running and playing/coaching soccer at his local community club. He enjoys reading about start-ups, sustainability, astronomy and human psychology.
