Influential work

  • Served in a “challenge partner” role for a large UK Government agency responsible for billions in public funding, and provided advice on opportunities to strengthen its vision, strategy and ways of working to be better prepared for change into the 2030s.
  • Designed and facilitated bespoke year-long leadership programmes for a senior leadership team that helped equip a UK Government agency to navigate the most major organisational change it had undertaken in decades.
  • Created a strategy that underpinned the Australian Government’s A$500 million support for Southeast Asia’s recovery from COVID-19’s health, economic and security implications.
  • Conducted an equity, diversity and inclusion review of a school at the University College of London following concerns raised by staff and students, leading to a published investigation and leadership commitment to implementing all of the report’s recommendations.
