I love working at Nous because of the genuine care for employees' development and wellbeing.
I feel privileged every day, coming to work with this team to help create the world we want to live in.
Every day at Nous means working on interesting and influential projects, with diverse and intelligent teams, and the support of a collaborative E&PA network.
I love working at Nous because of my fiercely intellectual and deeply caring colleagues. Plus all the incredible challenges we are so privileged to be asked to solve, with our wonderful clients.
All organisations care about culture – to a point. What Nous does differently is to prioritise culture, which is much harder. By trusting that we get the best outcomes by building a great culture, we achieve fantastic results, and I think enjoy our working lives more as well.
No matter how much you grow there’s always someone pushing you to take new risks and explore new avenues for development.
I knew I made the right decision to join Nous once I started to meet colleagues in Canada, the UK and Australia and heard about the amazing and impactful public sector projects those colleagues had worked on.
I feel lucky to be part of such an amazing organisation that places a huge priority on nurturing a great culture.
What I love most about working at Nous is the respect for every Nouser as an individual with their own strengths and preferences, and working as part of a global team with a single positive purpose.
Nous’ culture is the sum of its parts. Everyone gets a seat at the table, an opportunity to contribute and the support to challenge. It generally rejects hierarchy; answers don’t come from one brain, but from the cumulation of our diverse people and their experiences
One thing that stands out is our culture of permission. We have great people who have the space to act on new ideas and experiment, and an amazing network of Nousers across the globe to tap into.
Nous has a great culture because we deliver meaningful outcomes in an intellectually rigorous way, our leaders keep themselves accountable in making and improving their decisions, and we have some fun along the way!
