Luke has experience in delivering growth strategies across the not-for-profit and public sectors.
As a digital strategist at Ntegrity, he worked with clients such as Vinnies, the University of Melbourne and the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation to grow impact through cause-driven marketing. Recently he worked for the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning to deliver a national energy efficiency program, increasing program reach ninefold.

Outside of Nous

Luke is the President of the Faculty of Business and Economics’ Young Alumni Committee at the University of Melbourne, where he leads a team of eight to provide strategic advice to the faculty on engaging recent graduates. He also operates a business delivering social media content to fitness businesses across Melbourne.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce (economics and marketing) from The University of Melbourne and is undertaking his Graduate Diploma in Economics at the same university.

In his spare time...

Luke loves practising jiu-jitsu, which helps him stay mindful and keep calm in difficult situations (like facing opponents twice one’s size). He loves all things nature: camping, hiking and surfing.
