Madeleine is a Registered Psychologist (organisational psychology registrar) with experience assisting organisations to solve complex people-centred challenges and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
She brings experience in leadership assessment and development, capability, strategy, organisational performance, recruitment and selection, wellbeing, and culture transformation.

Influential work

  • Supported the implementation of a New Zealand university’s strategy, consulting with the senior leadership team to finalise the implementation roadmap and generate buy-in
  • Designed the Emerging Leaders Program for a TAFE in line with its recently-developed capability framework
  • Developed an Australian university people strategy, including consultation with stakeholders at the university and analysis of findings
  • Coordinated the design, roll-out and evaluation of a large cultural transformation project’s learning events and activities
  • Developed high-performing Executive Level (EL) 1 and EL2 leaders across the public service by writing individual psychometric reports for the purpose of development planning
  • Designed a global leadership framework for an Australian university to foster a high-performance leadership cohort that could deliver on its strategy.

Outside of Nous

Madeleine completed a Master of Psychology (Organisational) in 2022. During her studies, she worked with firms such as Hudson and Nous. She was the Cultural Transformation Project Coordinator at the Royal Children’s Hospital, where she assisted with the design and delivery of the Compact Cultural Transformation Project.

Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University. She is accredited in several psychological assessments, including the Saville Wave, MLQ360, Hogan Assessment Certification (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Mental Health First Aid Training, PCI Fundamentals and the Strong Interest Inventory.

Outside of work, Madeleine has volunteered for St Vincent de Paul Society, the Good Friday Appeal, Beyond Blue and Thank You.

In her spare time...

Madeleine enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves to travel, do yoga and try new restaurants.
