Madeleine is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about assisting organisations to solve complex people-centred challenges and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.

During Madeleine’s time studying a Master of Psychology (Organisational) in 2022, she worked across numerous sectors and gained experience in organisational strategy, culture, transformation, recruitment and selection, wellbeing, leadership strategy and capability.

Influential work

  • Assisted with the design, roll-out and evaluation of a large cultural transformation project’s learning events and activities
  • Delivered executive leader assessment reports and associated cohort reports
  • Assisted in the development of a large Melbourne-based university’s people strategy
  • Assisted in the development of a large Melbourne-based university’s global leadership framework.

Outside of Nous

Madeleine began her studies in 2017 and completed a Master of Psychology (Organisational) in 2022. During her studies, she worked with a range of firms such as the Royal Children’s Hospital, Psych Press, Hudson and Nous. Her most recent role was as Cultural Transformation Project Coordinator at the Royal Children’s Hospital, assisting with the design and delivery of the Compact Cultural Transformation Project.

Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University. She is accredited in various psychological assessments, including the Saville Wave, MLQ360, Hogan Assessment Certification (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Mental Health First Aid Training, PCI Fundamentals and the Strong Interest Inventory.

In her spare time...

Madeleine enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also loves eating fantastic food and coffee (particularly when travelling).
