Cam has 25 years of experience as an Executive Coach, Facilitator, Team Coach and Trusted Advisor to leaders and organisations navigating complex challenges. 

His niche is helping leaders take step back and make sense of their personal and organisational challenges and experiences. He supports and challenges leaders to surface the understanding and insight needed to see their strengths and future potential, distil what is interfering with their progress and make meaningful change to succeed.

Group and team coaching

Cam facilitates large group coaching sessions as part of a senior leaders program.  Each group meets several times over the course of a year to embed learning from facilitated modules for a telco.  He also leads peer coaching sessions as part of a leadership program in a financial services business, this team successfully worked with peers to create action plans and be accountable for results.

Success stories

  • Facilitated for a global health care business faced massive innovation challenges due the nature of the sector.  The organisation has run an annual global leadership program to foster exceptional leadership effectiveness and innovation for leaders in Australia, South America, the UK and Spain.  The 6-month program included Leadership Circle feedback, virtual region masterclasses and a one-week face to face innovation challenge for all participants in Europe.  In 2025 the participants participated in an innovation challenge that created a new business strategy that revolutionised and transformed an existing piece of customer facing technology in the business.  The talent retention in high potential senior leaders who completed the leadership program from 2020 to 2025 has increase from 70% to 95%. The programs had an NPS score of 95 in 2024 and 96 in 2025.
