Background

Chantäl is a C-suite executive coach, counsellor and psychotherapist, facilitator and educator in change and leadership development.   

For nearly 30 years she has supported organisations of all sizes and types to successfully deliver complex business change and has supported leaders in navigating their own personal transitions and transformations.  

As a coach and psychotherapist she supports leaders to be authentic in our turbulent and complex times, thinking about how they work, live and lead and then take personal responsibility and courageous action to thrive with renewed clarity, energy and confidence.
