He has more than two decades of corporate and consulting experience across industries and regions, including a decade-long partnership with McKinsey & Co. Group and team coaching

  • Facilitated over 100 LGBTQI group coaching sessions across regions, creating safe and inclusive spaces for individuals to share intimate personal experiences, reflect on, and share their insights and critically, develop supportive communities
  • Facilitated cross-functional group coaching including R&D, medical, sales, and service teams, leading to a shared understanding of leadership and “values in practice” with cohorts making commitments to ways of future working

Coaching supervisor

As a Master-Certified Coach of the GROW model, Constantine has trained and mentored leaders across industries including pharma, medical devices, and FinTech, to become certified coaching facilitators. He has also led the integration of coaching as a core leadership capability within development programmes, embedding it into organisational culture and daily leadership practice.

  • Led the redesign of executive mandates and organisational structure for a FinTech firm, shifting from a product-led to a client-centric model, enabling the business to fully leverage its service capabilities, delivering bespoke, high-impact solutions that drove increased client value and revenue growth
  • In partnership with Cornell University, developed and implemented a global talent management strategy for a global B2B organisation that was adopted by the CEO and Segment Presidents, aligning talent practices across the business and leading to stronger cross-business collaboration, improved retention of critical talent and succession for critical roles
  • Coached and partnered with the executive team of an Australian energy organisation through a critical transition from start-up to scale-up by redefining leadership roles, responsibilities, and decision-making norms, helping to shift the cultural centre of gravity from informal ‘mateship’ and consensus-based leadership to a model grounded in healthy conflict, accountability, and strategic clarity
