Background
Dr Dominique Beck has been coaching and training executives and leaders across the private sector, State and Federal Government, and not-for-profits since 2008. Her systemic perspective, understanding of neuroleadership and positive psychology offer a broad and robust approach to working with clients to empower them across the many challenges of leadership excellence, from strategy to performance to mindset and beyond.

Dr Beck’s coaching style blends head and heart: her focus is on neuroscience-based leadership (performance) and mindfulness (wellbeing), coaching leaders with a whole person approach and maximising their leadership impact. Her longstanding passion derives from her PhD research on leadership and her mission is to support leadership excellence as this benefits not only the leader, but their teams and the organisation at large.
